Operations Associate (OAs) – Gopuff
Overview
Gopuff is looking for full-time Operations Associates (OAs) to join our operations team. Directly reporting to a Site Leader, OAs play an essential role at Gopuff, requiring drive, perseverance, positivity, and enthusiasm for the challenges ahead.
You’ll be responsible for a variety of warehouse tasks, including:
- Picking, packing, product receiving
- Collaborating with delivery riders

Responsibilities
Core Duties
- Pick & pack items for dispatch to customers
- Receive & verify product from vendors:
- Ensure physical count matches purchase orders/invoices
- Resolve discrepancies promptly
- Manage inventory reporting and re-shelving of canceled orders
- Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment
- Enforce strict compliance with FIFO (First-In, First-Out) for waste/spoilage management
- Contact customers regarding substituted items or stock-outs

Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Preferred (but not required): Experience in restaurant, retail, or warehouse settings
- Ability to work fluid schedules, including peak hours (5 PM – 2 AM)
- Familiarity with basic web-based software (e.g., Google G-Suite)
- Capable of lifting up to 20 lbs repetitively
