Operations Associate
About The Role
Location: Regent Street (London)
Status: Part-Time Compensation: £14.42/hr
Position Summary
The Kith Operations Associate is responsible for managing the flow of merchandise from central delivery to the retail sales floor under the guidance of the Operations Management team. Central to Kith’s operational efficiency, the role ensures product readiness while maintaining a friendly, welcoming environment for both customers and internal staff.
Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Partner with Store Leadership to streamline the product cycle
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures to ensure inventory availability for clients
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently and accurately
- Maintain a welcoming environment for external and internal clients
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely customer product delivery
- Assist in Operations Management for workspace cleanliness and safety
- Execute tasks before or after regular operating hours as needed
- Uphold all company policies and procedures
- Prioritize and deliver exceptional in-store customer service
- Display expert product knowledge, including company history and store strategies
- Support housekeeping responsibilities, such as dusting, sweeping, trash collection and other standard retail tasks

Special Projects:
- Participate in Physical Inventories as required
- Assist Merchandising teams during visual initiatives
Requirements
Availability
- Flexible scheduling, including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays
- Consistently available for weekends, special projects, drops/releases or business needs
Experience
- 1–2 years in a retail operations position preferred
- 1+ year in a retail/apparel environment is advantageous
Skills & Abilities
- Basic computer skills
- Strong time management and multitasking
- Effective communication with customers, peers, and management
- Ability to meet physical job requirements
- Lift and move objects up to 25lbs.
- Perform standard tasks (bending, twisting, ladder/step stool climbing)
- Stand and walk for extended periods
