Duties and Responsibilities
About the Role
As an Operations Associate, you’ll:
- Assist with process and system improvements, including quality reviews of processed orders.
- Provide training to colleagues on best practices and workflows.
- Proactively resolve operational issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end order fulfilment, ensuring compliance with best practices and vendor protocols.
- Process purchase orders (POs), quotes, and RMAs (Returns/Material Authorizations), verifying completeness and accuracy.
- Enter data accurately into software systems and manually execute fulfillment processes.
- Work with cross-functional teams to define, review, and refine operational and logistical procedures.
- Continuously improve order management processes and workflows using data-driven optimization.
- Train new and existing staff on order processing, software use, and quality standards.
- Support quarter/month-end closures without compromising quality, prioritizing a high-volume workload.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align on quote-to-cash processes and customer needs.

Qualifications and Experience
About You
We are looking for a proactive,数据结果导向 (results-driven) candidate with:
- 3+ years of operations experience, preferably in order management.
- A strong grasp of quote-to-cash processes and managed security environments.
- Exceptional multitasking skills—ability to balance high volume with under pressure.
- Fluent Business English (written and verbal): clear communication with sales, operations, and vendors.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel at intermediate to advanced level).
- A customer-first mindset, aligned with our mission to deliver an inclusive digital experience.
- Must be available to work during USA Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours.
