Job Description
As an Operations Associate at Portf.io, you will be the backbone of the client experience, managing end-to-end onboarding and ensuring data precision for institutional investors. You will troubleshoot technical issues, monitor account health, and collaborate with the engineering-heavy team to automate and streamline internal processes, driving operational excellence as the company scales.

What You Will Do
- Lead the end-to-end onboarding of new clients, managing system configurations and executing precise data entry to ensure flawless account setups.
- Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, resolving technical issues and gathering insights to influence product development.
- Analyze internal inefficiencies and collaborate with the team to design, document, and implement streamlined operational workflows and procedures.
The ideal candidate
- Possesses exceptional organizational and time-management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a startup environment.
- Demonstrates strong analytical capabilities and high proficiency in navigating diverse software platforms to resolve complex data challenges.
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance and ideally has prior familiarity with private markets like PE, VC, or private credit.
