Who are Atlas Financial?
Atlas offers multi-currency, multi-stablecoin banking for businesses, family offices and high-net worth individuals.
Part of our value proposition also includes management of customer onboarding, payment and crypto processing, online help desk and payment queries.
We’re based in London, but with a remote and diverse team in 6 different countries around the world, working together within the UK timezone.
You’ll be working closely with our Head of Operations, as well as cross functionally; communicating and liaising with Sales, Product and Customer Success.
This is a varied role, we’ll want you to have an entrepreneurial mindset and help us scale efficiently.
This will be a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced Fintech start-up and directly contribute to its growth.

- Working with industry leading systems such as Intercom and Slack.
- Working on customer onboarding - carrying out KYC and KYB checks and customer account set up.
- Taking responsibility for our ticketing systems (Onboarding, KYC, Help desk) to ensure we meet our service level agreements with customers, whilst also getting your hands dirty and helping to create processes when required.
- Supporting customers with payment processing, crypto and FX conversions via our ticketing system.
- Working on customer content to keep our customers in the loop, updating our help desk when changes occur to our platform or our banking services.
- Handling payment queries from our banking partners and compliance team.
- Collecting product feedback from customers, but also offering your own feedback on how we can improve the platform for our customers.

- High level of accuracy, following processes and managing queries efficiently.
- Like teamwork yet are able to work with minimal supervision and a high degree of autonomy.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise, often switching quickly between tasks.
- Previous experience in an operational role / start-up.
Salary & Perks
- £35k-£40k salary (depending on experience)
- £5k Share options package
