About Dévorer
Dévorer is building the AI demand intelligence layer for the $300B global contract catering industry. We embed technology directly into physical food environments — including universities, corporate campuses, hospitals and stadiums — to capture live footfall, sales and customer sentiment data. Our platform helps operators understand exactly what to serve, where, when and at what price.
We don’t own kitchens. We own the demand.
Since becoming a full-time company in January 2025, we have launched across 60+ sites and are scaling rapidly towards 200+ locations this year. Joining now means becoming part of the team defining a new category at the intersection of AI, hospitality and food technology.
The Role
We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Operations Associate to support the planning, delivery and optimisation of Dévorer’s operations across the UK.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems and wants to play a key role in scaling an early-stage technology company.
You will work closely with clients, vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth operational delivery across activations, site deployments and ongoing projects.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Event Delivery
- Support the planning, coordination and execution of activations across the UK.
- Represent Dévorer on-site during client activations and deployments.
- Coordinate event setup, delivery, breakdown and post-event reporting.
- Manage logistics between clients, vendors and internal teams.
- Support operational improvements and reporting processes.
- Ensure consistent delivery standards across all Dévorer locations.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
