Operations Associate (OA) – Full-Time Role

Overview

Gopuff is seeking full-time Operations Associates (OAs) to join our operations team. Reporting directly to a Site Leader, OAs are critical to our operations, requiring drive, perseverance, positivity, and enthusiasm for the challenge. Responsibilities include picking, packing, receiving product, and collaborating with delivery riders.

Responsibilities

  • Order Fulfillment & Customer Service

    • Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers
    • Handle substituted or out-of-stock items, contacting customers to adjust orders
  • Inventory & Receiving

    • Receive product from vendors, conduct physical counts against purchase orders/invoices, and resolve discrepancies
    • Manage inventory management and re-shelving of canceled orders, ensuring warehouse organization

  • Warehouse & Compliance
    • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse
    • Implement FIFO (First-In, First-Out) practices to manage waste and spoilage strictly

Requirements

  • Age: Must be 18 years or older
  • ExperiencePreferable (not required):
    • Prior experience in restaurant, retail, or warehouse environments
  • Schedule Flexibility:
    • Fluid availability, including peak hours (5pm–2am)
  • Technical & Physical Requirements:
    • Familiarity with basic web-based software (e.g., Google G-Suite)
    • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs repetitively
