We're working with a progressive investment management business that's known for its collaborative culture, supportive leadership and genuine investment in its people. They're looking for a Operations Associate with around two years' operations experience, ideally within cash and stock reconciliations, to join their middle office function.
In this role, you'll be responsible for:
- Reconciling cash, transactions and positions
- Investigating and resolving breaks
- Ensuring the accuracy of key operational processes

You'll work closely with internal teams, custodians, clearing agents and other external partners while playing an active role in improving processes and supporting change initiatives across the business.
They are looking for candidates who have 2-4 years experience in an operations or ideally a reconciliations role within financial services. Experience using reconciliation platforms such as SmartStream TLM, Intellimatch or Broadridge would be highly advantageous, along with strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Exposure to products such as fixed income or derivatives, EMIR portfolio reconciliation, TriResolve or SWIFT messaging would be beneficial but isn't essential.
