Bixby Research & Analytics is currently seeking an Operations/Compliance Associate based out of our Glasgow, UK office. Bixby Research and Analytics (“Bixby”) is the leading private information provider in the $1.5+ trillion leveraged loan market. Since 2018, Bixby's SaaS platform has been revolutionizing the way institutional investors consume information for their private investments. Bixby's market moving news and expansive financial data keeps hedge funds and asset managers ahead of their competition. Bixby’s platform is relied upon each day as a trusted source of information for some of the largest, most-awarded institutional investors in the credit market.

We’ll Count on You To:

Daily Operational/Compliance procedures. Work closely with Compliance Manager and senior research staff to manage compliance programs and execute on associated operational processes and control systems. Document Management/Categorization. Review, revise, and continuously improve upon, existing compliance programs, policies and procedures as necessary to identify risks and stay in line with mandated compliance policies. Ability to review own work product to ensure accuracy and completeness in a time-sensitive environment. Permission management of document and site access.

What You Need to Have:

Bachelor’s degree required. A variety of educational histories will be considered for this role, especially those with Accounting/Financial/Legal backgrounds. Compliance and operational experience. Specific experience in finance / asset management is strongly preferred. Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Adobe PDF skills required. Established skills in accuracy, organization, and experience working in a high-volume, time-sensitive environment. Ability to manage and execute challenging projects with minimal oversight. Possess strong organizational skills, sound judgement and hold highest ethical standards.

What Would Make You Stand Out:

Prior experience with virtual data rooms is preferred. General understanding of financial markets is preferred
