Operations Associate (OAs) – Operations Team
About the Role
Gopuff is seeking full-time Operations Associates (OAs) to join our operations team. As an OA, you will work under the direct supervision of a Site Leader, encompassing a range of warehouse duties including picking, packing, receiving, and assisting delivery riders. Drive, perseverance, positivity, and enthusiasm are essential traits for this role.
You will support the delivery of everyday essentials—24/7, rain or shine. Gopuff is cultivating a team of innovative thinkers, creative problem-solvers, and bold risk-takers prepared to accelerate innovation in retail. Bonus: passion for snacks is always welcome!
Responsibilities
- Picking & Packing: Prepare items for dispatch to customers efficiently.
- Product Receiving: Handle incoming shipments from vendors, verify stock counts match purchase orders/invoices, and resolve discrepancies.
- Inventory Management: Manage out-of-stock items, process cancellations, and re-shelve inventory as needed.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse spaces.
- Compliance & Waste Management: Ensure compliance with First-In, First-Out (FIFO) practices for inventory rotation and perishable goods.
- Customer Relations: Assist customers by clarifying substitutions or picking up challenging orders.

Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Preferred (though not required): Experience in restaurant, retail, or warehouse environments.
- Flexible Availability: Willingness to work a fluid schedule, including peak hours (5PM–2AM).
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with basic web-based software (e.g., Google G-Suite).
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 20lbs repetitively.
