Job Description
As an early Operations Associate at Prometheux, you will work directly with the founders to build the operational backbone of a fast-growing AI company. You'll manage everything from hiring and finance to internal systems, wearing multiple hats to ensure the business scales efficiently across London, Rome, and San Francisco.

What You Will Do
- Own and optimize day-to-day business operations across finance, legal, and people functions to support rapid scaling across global offices.
- Design and implement automated workflows and internal systems that create a seamless experience for both employees and enterprise customers.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts and manage the London workspace to cultivate a high-performance culture during a period of rapid growth.
The ideal candidate
- Has 1–3 years of high-intensity experience in demanding environments like early-stage startups, management consulting, or investment banking.
- Demonstrates a proactive "figure-it-out" mindset, thriving in ambiguous settings where they must prioritize high-impact tasks without a manual.
- Possesses exceptional organizational skills and a low-ego approach to tackling both strategic projects and the necessary unglamorous work.
