Operations Associate
Operations Associate (OA) – Full-Time
Overview
Gopuff is seeking full-time Operations Associates (OAs) to join our operations team. Reporting directly to a Site Leader, OAs are vital to our mission, requiring drive, perseverance, positivity, and enthusiasm for the challenge. Your responsibilities include:
- Picking
- Packing
- Receiving product
- Collaborating with delivery riders
Gopuff is revolutionising the way customers access their everyday essentials—day and night, rain or shine. We’re assembling a team of thinkers, dreamers, and risk-takers passionate about reshaping retail for faster convenience. (Snacking enthusiasm is a plus!)
Key Responsibilities
- Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers
- Receive product from vendors, ensure purchase order/invoice accuracy, and resolve discrepancies
- Inventory management and re-shelving of cancelled orders
- Maintain a clean and organised warehouse
- Manage waste and spoilage through strict FIFO compliance
- Contact customers regarding substituted or out-of-stock items

Requirements

Age: Must be 18 years or older

Preferred Experience: Prior work in restaurant, retail, or warehouse environments (not mandatory)

Flexibility: Able to work with a fluid schedule, including:
- Peak hours: 5 PM – 2 AM (some rotations required)

Technology: Familiarity with basic web-based software (e.g., Google G-Suite)

Physical Lifting: Must be capable of lifting up to 20 lbs repetitively
