Operations Associate

Operations Associate (OA) – Full-Time

Overview

Gopuff is seeking full-time Operations Associates (OAs) to join our operations team. Reporting directly to a Site Leader, OAs are vital to our mission, requiring drive, perseverance, positivity, and enthusiasm for the challenge. Your responsibilities include:

  • Picking
  • Packing
  • Receiving product
  • Collaborating with delivery riders

Gopuff is revolutionising the way customers access their everyday essentials—day and night, rain or shine. We’re assembling a team of thinkers, dreamers, and risk-takers passionate about reshaping retail for faster convenience. (Snacking enthusiasm is a plus!)


Key Responsibilities

  • Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers
  • Receive product from vendors, ensure purchase order/invoice accuracy, and resolve discrepancies
  • Inventory management and re-shelving of cancelled orders
  • Maintain a clean and organised warehouse
  • Manage waste and spoilage through strict FIFO compliance
  • Contact customers regarding substituted or out-of-stock items

Requirements

  • Age: Must be 18 years or older

  • Preferred Experience: Prior work in restaurant, retail, or warehouse environments (not mandatory)

  • Flexibility: Able to work with a fluid schedule, including:

    • Peak hours: 5 PM – 2 AM (some rotations required)
  • Technology: Familiarity with basic web-based software (e.g., Google G-Suite)

  • Physical Lifting: Must be capable of lifting up to 20 lbs repetitively
