Operations Associate (OA) – Full-Time

About the Role
Gopuff is hiring for Operations Associates (OAs) to join our dynamic team in a critical role that demands drive, perseverance, positivity, and enthusiasm. Reporting directly to a Site Leader, OAs are integral to warehouse operations, responsible for tasks including picking, packing, receiving products, and assisting our delivery riders.
You’ll contribute directly to evolving the retail experience—helping customers access essentials any time, day or night. We’re seeking thinkers, dreamers, and risk-takers who are ready to redefine convenience for the unpredictable.

Your Responsibilities
Pick and pack customer orders efficiently for dispatch Receive vendor shipments while:
- Verifying physical product counts against purchase orders/invoices
- Resolving discrepancies Maintain FIFO (First-In-First-Out) protocol for inventory and manage spoilage/waste النقاط seguenti Inventory management and reconciling misplaced stock for canceled orders Clean and organize the warehouse space Follow up with customers regarding:
- Out-of-stock items
- Product substitutions

Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Preferred (not required): Experience in restaurant, retail, or warehouse roles
- Ability to:
- Execute a fluid schedule (including working peak hours: 5pm–2am)
- Safely lift up to 20lbs repeatedly
- Use basic web applications (e.g., Google Workspace tools)
