I'm currently supporting an exciting, well-funded technology company at the intersection of AI and life sciences that is looking to hire a Business Operations Associate.
This is a highly cross-functional role, working closely with senior leadership on strategic initiatives and day-to-day business operations. It's an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, driving execution, and operating across multiple areas of a fast-growing business.

Responsibilities include:
- Supporting strategic and commercial initiatives
- Coordinating cross-functional projects from planning through execution
- Preparing management materials and business updates
- Working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects progress effectively
- Supporting partnerships and broader business operations
- Improving processes, reporting and operational workflows
Ideal background:

- 2-4 years' experience in a top-tier management consultancy (e.g. McKinsey, Bain, BCG or similar)
- Outstanding organisational and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Comfortable working directly with senior stakeholders
- Interest or exposure to healthcare, life sciences or biotechnology is highly advantageous
- Experience with project management, strategy or business operations is a plus
