Operations Associate (OA) – Full-Time
Overview
Gopuff is looking for full-time Operations Associates (OAs) to join our vibrant operations team. Reporting directly to a Site Leader, OAs are the backbone of Gopuff’s fast-growing warehouse network, bringing energy, adaptability, and a love for the hustle to daily tasks. You’ll be picking, packing, receiving, and managing inventory—with the added bonus of delivering snacks to customers who need them right now.
We’re building more than just a warehouse—we’re creating a team of thinkers, dreamers, and risk-takers who are ready to redefine how the world shops. After all: who doesn’t need that midnight ice cream or emergency pet food? Traits like drive, positivity, and enthusiasm don’t hurt either.
Key Responsibilities
- Pack and dispatch customer orders efficiently to ensure timely fulfillment
- Receive products from vendors, verify counts against purchase orders/invoices, and resolve discrepancies
- Manage inventory operations, including handling canceled orders and re-shelving items
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization for a safe and efficient workspace
- Adhere to FIFO (First-In, First-Out) protocols to manage waste and spoilage proactively
- Communicate with customers to address substitutions or out-of-stock items with clarity

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
