Salary & Contract
- Base Salary: £28,000
- OTE (On-Target Earning): £29,000
- Contract: Fixed term until 31 December 2026
About the Role
We are looking for an ambitious Operations Associate to join our Client Care team, where you’ll play a vital role in managing our North American account base—encompassing both our established clients and new clients signed by our expert sales teams.
Our Operations Associates are responsible for ensuring all clients receive a high-quality and timely service. You’ll partner with multiple internal teams, including:
- Account Managers
- Copywriters
- Post-Production Teams
- Technical Teams
Key Responsibilities
Client Management & Project Coordination
- Manage the project execution of all creative aspects within the client journey.
- Liaise with Copy, Post-Production, Music, and Voice teams to develop and refine client audio branding productions.
- Work hand-in-hand with Technical Teams to ensure successful implementation of productions and resolve any outstanding support cases.

Client Engagement & Business Development
- Follow up with clients post-email campaigns to ascertain update requirements.
- Understand the client base of Account Managers to help identify and pursue additional business opportunities.
- Respond to client and internal requests in a timely manner and proactively engage with relevant parties.
Quality Assurance & Problem-Solving
- Conduct audio branding quality check calls with clients and troubleshoot technical and operational issues as needed.
Required Skills, Knowledge & Experience
Core Competencies
- Solid verbal and written communication skills, with proven experience in a similar role.
- An ambitious self-starter, driven by creativity, reliability, and commitment to first-class customer service.
- Strong listening and writing skills, with the ability to speak articulately and confidently.
- Exceptional attention to detail and expert organisational/time-management capabilities.
- Proficiency with all standard PC software and CRM databases.
