Operations Associate, Patient-Centered Outcomes
Who we are:
Adelphi Values is a leading health outcomes consultancy that collaborates with pharmaceutical companies globally. The Patient-Centered Outcomes (PCO) team specialises in developing Patient-Reported Outcome (PRO) questionnaires used in clinical trials and clinical practice. We are a talented group of researchers with a reputation for high-quality work, underpinned by a friendly, supportive, and collaborative culture.
What we do:
Our purpose is to improve patients’ lives by informing healthcare decision-making. We achieve this by supporting clients in Patient-Reported Outcomes (PRO) research that directly impacts clinical-trial decision-making.
What we are looking for:
We are seeking a highly motivated entry-level Operations Associate to provide operational and project coordination support, ensuring effective and efficient research delivery. We require:
- Education/qualification: A Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification in:
- Project management
- Business studies
- Business management
- Business administration
- Logistics
- A similar field; or equivalent industry experience
- Key skills:
- Outstanding organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities with excellent numeracy and literacy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- A driven spirit to develop project coordination and management capabilities in a supportive environment
- Desirable (but not mandatory):
- Experience with project management software: Adobe Workfront, HIVE, or Microsoft Project
- Knowledge of project coordination/management methodologies or frameworks, including PRINCE 2, PMP, CAPM, or Agile
- Requirements:
- Eligibility to work in the UK

How you fit in:
You’ll join a dynamic, supportive operations and project coordination team, with opportunities to grow your skills while making meaningful contributions to delivering quality research.
Your role requires:
- A genuine appetite for learning, an ability to independently explore new tools, and the capability to troubleshoot challenges with guidance.
- A problem-solving mindset towards work and operational challenges.
- Collaboration: Working closely with colleagues in the UK and/or US.
Core responsibilities (not exhaustive):
- Project planning & coordination:
- Attending project meetings
- Tracking actions and decisions
- Monitoring project progress and team resourcing
- Creating and maintaining project schedules and plans
- Project portfolio reporting:
- Generating regular status updates across the project portfolio
- Financial support:
- Assisting project teams with financial tasks, including collaboration with Project Leaders and Project Administrators
- Project management systems support:
- Supporting data entry and ROI maximisation of project management tools
