Operations Associate
Job Description: Kith Operations Associate
About the Role
Location: Regent Street (London) Status: Semi-time Compensation: £14.42/hr
This role is responsible for managing merchandise flow from the central point of delivery to the retail sales floor, ensuring the store operates efficiently and effectively. As part of the Operations Management team, this Operations Associate acts as the backstage gatekeeper, overseeing product organisation and upkeep.
Position Summary
The Kith Operations Associate ensures a smooth and orderly product lifecycle, partnering with store leadership to deliver seamless retail operations. They maintain cleanliness, organisation, and efficiency in stock preparation, while fostering an exceptional customer experience aligned with Kith’s artistic and retail excellence.
Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Partner with Store Leadership to optimise and streamline workflows throughout the product cycle.
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to ensure high availability of inventory for clients.
- Complete all assigned tasks with efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide a friendly, welcoming environment for both customers and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the sales-floor team to facilitate timely product access for customers.
- Work with Operations Management to maintain cleanliness and safety in the workspace.
- Execute tasks outside regular operating hours as required.
- Ensure compliance with all company policy and procedures.
- Promote consistent delivery of exceptional in-store customer service.

Key Tasks
- Display expertise in product knowledge, including brand history, policies, and operational strategies.
- Assist with housekeeping (e.g., dusting, sweeping, trash removal).
- Ensure customer needs are met through effective inventory management.
Special Projects
- Participate in Physical Inventories as required.
- Support the Merchandising team during visual initiatives.
Requirements
Availability
- Flexible schedule, including:
- Evenings
- Overnights
- Weekends
- Holidays
- Readiness to assist with special projects, stock drops/releases, or ad-hoc operational needs.
Experience
- 1–2 years in a retail operations role.
- Preference given to candidates with 1+ year of experience in a retail/apparel environment.
Skills & Abilities
- Basic computer skills
- Strong time-management and multi-tasking capabilities
- Ability to communicate effectively with:

- Supervisors
- Physical fitness to perform:
- Lifting and moving up to 25 lbs
- Bending, twisting, and ascending ladders/step stools
- Standing/walking frequently/torch periods
