The Role

Being an Operations Assistant at Superdry means getting stuck in. You will work within the Operations team to ensure the smooth running of all things' operations. From working in the stockroom, to working the deliveries, you will bring energy and authenticity to drive store performance and make the store run like clockwork. You will work smart and support our shop floor team to deliver the best experience for our customers. So, bring all of you to what you do, show up and perform.

You Will

  • Receiving and processing deliveries on a daily basis
  • Shopfloor replenishment working closely with the visual merchandising team
  • Working closely with RFID to ensure the floor is properly replenished working as part of a small operations team and assisting the leadership team in a busy environment
  • Customer interaction is part of the role due to being on the sales floor
  • Attention to detail is key, organizational skills and a passion for fashion
