We are currently seeking a full-time highly organised Operations Associate (Stock) to join our successful team in Selfridges. The successful candidate will be supporting the department across customer service, international and national client deliveries, omni-channel and external partners.

Job responsibilities

  • Maintaining and organising stock rooms for products and packaging.
  • Implementing and executing daily stock counts, including full investigations for any discrepancies.
  • Working towards 0 in store negative stock.
  • Support in the organisation and implementation of stock takes.
  • Action all deliveries, ensuring stock is integrated and prioritized as directed.
  • Carry out replenishment promptly and as often as required.
  • Complete any transfers as required within the UK and Europe.
  • Action and report all stock issues: stolen pieces, discrepancies, slow movers.
  • Develop accurate reporting skills: end of month results, stock take results, negatives and faulty pieces.
  • Participate in and support the Stock Management team on the annual stock take and ensure targets are met.
  • Follow all Christian Dior procedures in regards to garment protection, stockroom housekeeping and security tagging.
  • Ensure all stock is appropriately tagged to prevent theft.
  • Take all actions necessary to ensure stock is safe and secure.
  • Carry out any additional duties as directed by the Management team.

Additional information
