Role Description
The Operations Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Greater Cleveland. This role is responsible for supporting day-to-day operational activities including inventory tracking, order processing, and coordination with logistics and fulfillment partners. The Operations Associate will monitor workflow, identify process bottlenecks, and assist in implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams, respond to operational inquiries, and help ensure a smooth customer experience from purchase through delivery. The role also involves maintaining records, preparing routine reports, and assisting with standard operating procedures as the business grows.

- Operations skills, including experience with order processing, inventory management, and workflow coordination.
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Analytical skills to review data, identify trends, and support process improvements.
- Clear and professional communication skills for both written and verbal interactions.
- Customer service skills with a focus on resolving issues promptly and maintaining a positive experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Greater Cleveland, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with basic office software and operations tools (e.g., spreadsheets, order management systems).
- Relevant experience in operations, supply chain, or a similar field; post-secondary education in business or a related discipline is beneficial.
