Role Description

The Operations Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Greater Cleveland. This role is responsible for supporting day-to-day operational activities including inventory tracking, order processing, and coordination with logistics and fulfillment partners. The Operations Associate will monitor workflow, identify process bottlenecks, and assist in implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams, respond to operational inquiries, and help ensure a smooth customer experience from purchase through delivery. The role also involves maintaining records, preparing routine reports, and assisting with standard operating procedures as the business grows.
