Operations Associate (OA) – Full-Time
About the Role
We’re looking for bold, driven, and enthusiastic people to join our Operations team at Gopuff as full-time Operations Associates (OAs). Reporting directly to your Site Leader, you’ll be at the heart of the action, taking on a wide range of warehouse responsibilities—like picking, packing, receiving products, and coordinating with delivery teams.
We’re not just delivering groceries and snacks; we’re transforming retail as we know it. Gopuff is here for you, 24/7, rain or shine. Whether it’s milk, pet food, or late-night ice cream—customers count on us to relieve those "I forgot" moments. At Gopuff, we thrive with thinkers, dreamers, and risk-takers who are ready to push boundaries and redefine convenience.
(Bonus point if you love snacks—but it is not mandatory!)
Your Responsibilities
You’ll be handling a variety of key tasks:
- Pick and pack items for prompt customer dispatch
- Receive and verify inventory—match physical counts to purchase orders/invoices and resolve discrepancies
- Manage inventory and re-shelving, including handling canceled orders
- Keep the warehouse clean and organized
- Adhere to strict FIFO (First In, First Out) protocols to prevent waste and spoilage
- Communicate with customers about substitutes or missing items

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
