Operations Associate

Operations Associate (OA) – Full-Time

Join Team Blue at Gopuff and help redefine the future of retail!

About the Role

Gopuff is searching for full-time Operations Associates (OAs) to be part of our fast-paced operations team. Reporting directly to a Site Leader, this role requires drive, enthusiasm, and a willingness to tackle challenges while supporting the delivery of everyday essentials—day or night. You’ll be involved in everything from picking and packing orders to receiving and managing inventory, ensuring smooth operations at our locations.

We’re looking to build a team of creative thinkers, risk-takers, and snack-loving problem-solvers who are excited to help bring speed and convenience to retail. After all, we’re all about delivering what matters most—fast.

Responsibilities

In your role as an Operations Associate (OA), you’ll handle a range of critical warehouse tasks:

  • Order Fulfillment:

    • Pick and efficiently pack items for customer dispatch
    • Ensure accuracy in picking and packing for on-time deliveries
  • Inventory & Operations:

    • Receive product from vendors and verify purchase orders/invoices against physical inventory
    • Resolve discrepancies in stock counts
    • Manage FIFO (First-In, First-Out) compliance to minimize waste and spoilage
    • Inventory management, including reshelving canceled orders

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
