OPERATIONS CHEF - EVERYMAN CINEMA

At Everyman, we’re redefining cinema. From our hand-rolled pizzas to our curated cocktails, everything we do is about delivering a unique, memorable experience for our guests. We’re now looking for an Operations Chef to help bring our food vision to life across our venues.

This is more than a kitchen role - it’s an opportunity to shape how food feels, tastes and performs across the Everyman experience.

THE ROLE

As an Operations Chef, you’ll work closely with our Head of Food, Kitchen Managers and Venue teams to ensure we consistently deliver exceptional food standards across your region. You’ll be a hands-on leader, coach and collaborator - driving food quality, developing people and supporting operational excellence in every kitchen you visit.

You’ll play a key role in embedding our food strategy, ensuring our teams feel confident, capable and proud of what they serve.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
