Job Description
What You Will Do
Main Activities
- Manage requests for deliveries, collections, relocations, and installations for key customers
- Book jobs for customers on internal systems and raise/review relevant documentation
- Maintain up-to-date information in the company database
- Understand customer-specific requirements (processes, products, etc.)
- Provide quotations on request
- Liaise with customers, offering constant updates across all order lifecycle stages
- Take full responsibility from order initiation to completion
- Ensure a professional and efficient service is delivered consistently
- Coordinate order services with third-party suppliers as needed
- Troubleshoot issues quickly to minimise customer impact
- Handle ad-hoc inquiries, including quotes, reports, and inventory management via phone and email
- Assist team members as required and support the team leader as directed
- Collaborate with internal staff to ensure professional and efficient service delivery
- Manage the team mailbox efficiently, aligning with departmental targets

What You Bring
Key Skills & Experience
✔ Minimum 3 years in a similar customer service role (desirable) ✔ Experience in transport, logistics, or installations environments (valuable) ✔ Meticulous attention to detail with a customer-focused mindset ✔ Strong foundational education level ✔ IT-literate, proficient in:
- Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint ✔ Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) ✔ Strong team player with a flexible, positive attitude
- Prepared to work extended hours during peak periods ✔ Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and implement corrective actions efficiently
