We're looking for a proactive and highly organised Operations Coordinator to become the central point of coordination for site-wide activities, driving communication, continuous improvement, and operational excellence across multiple departments. This is a fast-paced and varied role where you'll work closely with site teams, central functions, and external stakeholders to ensure key projects, training plans, performance reporting, and business priorities are delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Populate and update trackers and site meetings clearly communicating the Site Improvement Plan [SIP].
  • Ensure the implementation of effective document control for site, by undertaking the duties of the appointed Document Control Administrator.

  • Ensure the effective implementation of competency & training for site, by undertaking the duties of the appointed Competency & Training Administrator.
  • Maintain the upkeep of non-production facilities including fire alarms, security systems, meeting rooms, canteens and offices including relevant contractor selection and liaison.
  • Co-ordinate the availability of site meeting rooms, 'hot' offices/desks and associated resources for both internal and external colleagues.
  • Ensure that site visitors can book into, gain access and receive the relevant induction to site, meeting site safety, and security requirements.
  • To assist with the tracking of site Key Performance Indicators [KPIs] and the reports required to communicate operational performance both internally and externally on the format approved by the company.
  • To ensure site and group shared management information systems are up to date and be a point of contact for site queries and development.
  • Co-ordinate the Management of Change process via the company's electronic system including updating status at review meetings.
  • Provide critical support on the Site Emergency Response team.
  • In addition to these functions' employees are required to carry out such other duties as may reasonably be required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
