About the Role

This role is for someone who thrives in high-energy yet organised environments, ensuring seamless operations while empowering others to focus on delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

As an Operations Coordinator, your key focus will be maintaining the smooth functioning of accountancy and support teams. Duties include:

  • Corporate Contact & Coordination
    • Act as the central point of contact for internal teams and client communications, ensuring all queries are handled efficiently.
    • Support scheduling, meeting preparation, and administrative coordination across departments.

  • Office & Workflow Management

    • Oversee office operations, facilitating smooth workflows between accountancy and support teams.
  • Compliance & Documentation

    • Maintain accurate records, systems, and documentation to ensure operational consistency and compliance.
  • Efficiency & Problem-Solving

    • Proactively identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, contributing to long-term process improvements.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Strong organisational skills with an implementation of meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experience in a supportive administrative, coordination, or operations role (referencing previous employers would be valuable).
  • A clear, confident communicator, able to balancing multiple teams and shifting priorities effectively.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools and the ability to operate within CRM or related systems.
