About Kite Strategies
Kite Strategies is an early-stage communications business helping agencies and B2B companies extend the reach of suitable stories through more than 150 UK regional and industry publications, targeted audience distribution, and campaign reporting.
The Role
We are hiring an organised and commercially aware Operations & Communications Assistant to support the day-to-day running of the business.
What you’ll do
- Coordinate campaign deadlines, documents, and deliverables
- Prepare reports, presentations, and client materials
- Research companies, audiences, publications, and potential partners
- Maintain accurate prospect, client, and campaign records
- Draft and edit emails, social content, and business communications
- Support outreach and partnership activity
- Liaise with clients and publication partners
- Help improve internal processes and organisation

What we’re looking for
Previous experience is welcome but not essential. Experience or an interest in communications, media, marketing, account management, or business operations would be helpful.

- You should be organised, dependable, and attentive to detail, with strong written communication skills.
- You should also be comfortable managing several priorities, working independently, and using spreadsheets and other digital tools.
What we offer
- Salary of £25,000–£30,000
- Permanent, full-time employment
- 37.5-hour working week
- Fully remote working within the UK
- Flexible start and finish times around agreed core hours
- 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays
