Role: Generalist - Contract Operations Support Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere) Job Type: Contract Payout: $10 – $15/hour
About the Role
We are recruiting for a contract-based Operations Consultant to provide daily administrative and operational support for one of our clients in a remote, fast-paced environment. The role demands adaptability, multi-tasking expertise, and the ability to manage diverse tasks efficiently across departments while maintaining seamless workflow execution.
Responsibilities
- Administrative Support:
- Manage email correspondence, scheduling, and document preparation
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, travel arrangements, and virtual event support

Data & Record Management:
- Perform data entry, maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Execute basic bookkeeping (expense tracking, invoice processing, account reconciliation)

Research & Reporting:
- Compile reports based on assigned topics to assist team decision-making
- Conduct inquiries to support operational decision-making
Requirements
Skills & Tools
- Proficiency in:
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Google Workspace
- Experience with:
- Bookkeeping basics (expenses, invoices, financial documentation)
- Digital record-keeping
Soft Skills
- Exceptional organization to balance multiple priorities efficiently
- Strong written and verbal communication (for emails, reports, and collaboration)
- Attention to detail in data entry, financial tracking, and administrative tasks
