Role Description
The Operations Coordinator is a full-time role responsible for supporting daily security operations across multiple client sites in the London Area, United Kingdom. This is a hybrid position, with work primarily based in the London area and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day tasks include scheduling and coordinating security personnel, maintaining accurate records, preparing operational reports, and ensuring compliance with company procedures and client requirements. The role involves communicating with clients and internal teams, handling inquiries, supporting incident and alarm response processes, and assisting with resource allocation and logistics. The Operations Coordinator also contributes to continuous improvement initiatives, supports risk management activities, and helps uphold high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.

- Strong Operations Management and Administrative Assistance skills to coordinate schedules, maintain documentation, and support day-to-day workflow.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, support decision-making, and contribute to process improvements.
- Proficiency with office software (e.g., MS Office or similar tools) and basic knowledge of scheduling or workforce management systems.
- Experience in security services, facilities management, or a related operational environment is advantageous.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid setting.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving and incident follow-up.
- Relevant vocational training or a qualification in business administration, operations, or a related field is beneficial.
