Operations Coordinator
Operations Coordinator (Leadership Development & Consulting Firm)
About the Role Our client is a well-established leadership development and consulting firm that serves organisations across the UK and internationally, delivering coaching, training, and advisory services. As the business expands, they are seeking a highly organised and proactive Operations Coordinator to support the Managing Director in managing both core business operations and a small residential property portfolio.
Exceptional graduate applications with a Master’s degree are actively encouraged—this role provides an ideal pathway for a long-term career in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Diary and meeting coordination: Managing complex schedules, including those of senior stakeholders.
- Project support for consulting engagements: Coordinating leadership development programmes, coaching, and consulting projects.
- Client and supplier relations: Building and maintaining relationships with clients, consultants, and external suppliers.
- Professional documentation: Preparing high-quality reports, presentations, and business materials.
- PowerPoint & design: Designing and formatting impactful slideshow presentations for workshops and client delivery.
- Event support: Assisting in the organisation of both virtual and in-person workshops and events.
- Contract and financial administration: Managing contracts, invoices, and project administration.
- Record-keeping and storage: Maintaining accurate records with structured cloud-based filing systems.
- Property management: Handling administration of a residential property portfolio, including:
- Liaising with tenants, contractors, estate agents, and service providers.
- Executive support: Providing comprehensive operations and personal assistance to the Managing Director.

About You We are looking for a detail-focused professional with experience in administration, executive support, operations, or project coordination. Key traits include:
