About The Role

We are building a high-performance cross-border function to support global ecommerce at scale. This role is central to that effort.
The Cross-Border Operations Coordinator is responsible for maintaining operational control across cross-border activities, supporting execution, managing inbound requests, and ensuring that processes and documentation are structured and accessible.

What You Will Do
- Coordinate consolidated cross-border movements and support operational execution
- Prepare documentation and data required for duty drawback processes
- Support merchants with operational exceptions outside standard workflows
- Act as the first point of triage for cross-border queries, ensuring they are routed and resolved
- Maintain clear tracking of cross-border requests and activities
- Build and maintain structured process documentation and knowledge in Notion
- Improve how cross-border information is organised and accessed internally
- Support internal teams with accurate, timely cross-border guidance
- Identify recurring issues and support improvements to processes and workflows
Requirements
- Experience in logistics, ecommerce operations, or cross-border fulfilment
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple requests and follow through consistently
- Comfortable working with operational data and documentation
- Proactive approach to improving systems and processes
- Clear communication and the ability to work across teams
