What To Expect
As Operations Coordinator, Customer Excellence, you will be responsible for managing and optimising Tesla's bulk customer communication programmes across the UK & Ireland. You'll oversee the full lifecycle of large-scale external mailer and SMS campaigns, ensuring every message is on-brand, well-executed, and data-informed. Working closely with UK/IE Sales & Delivery and EMEA HQ stakeholders, you'll play a key role in shaping the communication strategy that drives performance throughout the customer journey.
This role sits at the heart of how Tesla communicates with its customers at scale, where brand consistency, data-driven thinking, and operational precision come together to shape the customer experience.

- Own the end-to-end process for bulk external customer mailers and SMS campaigns, including submitting requests, proofreading, coordinating delivery, and managing stakeholder communication.
- Track and analyse campaign performance, delivering clear insights and actionable recommendations to stakeholders at all levels to continuously improve the UK & Ireland communication strategy.
- Ensure Tesla Tone of Voice is upheld consistently across all outbound communications, regardless of channel or origin.
- Manage and distribute internal communications to UK & Ireland Tesla team members in a timely and professional manner.
- Lead Customer Excellence-focused projects, including Customer Excellence Field Reviews, Mystery Shops, Wire Articles, and SharePoint updates.

What You'll Bring
- Background in Sales, Operations, or a similar environment.
- Exceptional written communication skills, with a sharp eye for detail and brand consistency.
- A proven problem-solver with a track record of driving operational efficiency and delivering results.
- Strong ability to prioritise, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet business-critical deadlines.
- Solid organisational, numerical, and analytical capabilities.
- Valid driving license for 2 years or over
