Operations Coordinator – Executive Search - London - £30,000 + Bonus

£30,000 Base Salary + Biannual Bonus (15–20%) + Hybrid Working + Excellent Benefits

Looking for a role where organisation, attention to detail and problem-solving are genuinely valued?

Edmund & Evans is working exclusively with a boutique executive search firm that has built an outstanding reputation within the global insurance and reinsurance market. As the business continues to grow, they're looking to hire an Operations Coordinator to support their executive search team and play a key role in the smooth delivery of high-profile assignments.

Whether you're a graduate looking to start your career or someone with experience in administration, operations, recruitment support, or project coordination, this is an opportunity to join a professional, close-knit business where you'll receive genuine responsibility from day one.

The Business

Our client is a well-established executive search firm with more than 20 years of success, partnering with leading businesses across the UK and internationally.

Unlike large corporate organisations, this is a small, collaborative team where everyone plays an important role. You'll work closely with experienced partners and consultants, gaining exposure to every stage of executive search while supporting senior appointments across specialist markets.

With continued growth and new client wins, they're now looking for a highly organised individual to join the business for a September 2026 start.

What's in it for you?

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
