Location: Northern Ireland (with travel to events as required)

Simple Scaling is looking for an exceptional Operations Co-ordinator to become the operational heartbeat of our growing business.

This isn’t a traditional administration role.

You’ll play a key part in delivering world-class experiences for ambitious business owners by ensuring every:

  • Workshop
  • Programme
  • Event
  • Interaction

runs seamlessly. From coordinating events and supporting participants to producing professional documentation and keeping multiple projects moving, you’ll help create an experience that reflects the high standards we’re known for.

  • Managing participant onboarding, communications and scheduling.

  • Attending live events to ensure everything runs smoothly.
