At Via, we're supporting a leading professional services organisation in the search for an Operations Coordinator to join their UK operations team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and proactive operations professional who enjoys supporting multiple teams, improving processes, and keeping day-to-day business operations running smoothly. Working remotely, you'll collaborate with senior operational leaders across several regions while helping deliver business-wide projects and operational initiatives.
Salary: £32,000–£38,000 + benefits
Location: Remote (UK) with occasional travel across the South of England
The Opportunity
You'll become a key member of the operations function, providing administrative and operational support to senior leadership while helping coordinate projects, reporting, systems and regional initiatives.
This is a varied role that combines operations, administration, stakeholder management and project coordination, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple priorities in a collaborative environment.
What You'll Be Doing
Operations Support
- Support the day-to-day running of operational activities across multiple regional teams
- Coordinate business initiatives and ensure key deadlines are achieved
- Respond to operational queries and act as a central point of contact for internal stakeholders
- Provide administrative support to senior operational leaders

Reporting & Systems
- Monitor operational data, utilisation and performance reporting
- Support timesheet administration and work allocation processes
- Maintain accurate operational records and documentation
- Produce reports and presentations using Microsoft Office applications
Project Coordination
- Assist with business improvement projects and operational initiatives
- Support the rollout of new processes and systems across regional teams
- Help coordinate business integration and change management activities
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and consistency
Stakeholder Management
- Build strong relationships with colleagues across multiple departments
- Liaise with Finance, Property, HR and other internal teams to resolve operational matters
- Support office managers and regional leadership with day-to-day operational requests
- Deliver excellent internal customer service across the business
What They're Looking For
- Previous experience in an operations, business support or office management role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong administrative capability
- Confident working independently while collaborating with multiple stakeholders
- Proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement
- Good understanding of reporting, operational processes and business systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Teams

Nice to Have
- Experience using practice management or workflow systems
- Previous experience within a professional services environment
- Exposure to project coordination or business change initiatives
- Understanding of compliance, governance or operational best practices
