What To Expect
Our facilities are at the forefront of Tesla’s mission, supporting the daily operations that power our teams and shape the employee experience. We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Operations Coordinator to ensure our HQ operates smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with our high standards.
This hybrid role focuses on project management and workplace coordination, playing a critical part in driving facility-related initiatives, optimizing processes, and supporting cross-functional teams. As the main point of contact for HQ workplace matters, you will ensure a high-quality environment for both employees and visitors while executing projects that improve operations and space efficiency.
What You'll Do
Planning & Coordination
- Lead the planning, implementation, and tracking of facilities and office efficiency projects.
- Assess and respond to local team needs for workplace tools, services, and support.
- Oversee office supply inventory and procurement to ensure consistent availability.
- Partner with IT to coordinate installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of office technology and equipment.
- Plan and execute employee engagement events and workplace initiatives.

Operational Excellence & Process Management
- Ensure a seamless and professional employee and visitor experience at the HQ office.
- Drive day-to-day operational excellence through proactive issue resolution and continuous process improvement.
- Collaborate with UK & Ireland-based teams to align on standards and workplace expectations.
- Manage the logistics, maintenance, and scheduling of the on-site vehicle loaner fleet.
Stakeholder Communication
- Serve as the primary liaison for internal teams, property management, and external service providers regarding workplace matters.
- Respond promptly to workplace-related inquiries and coordinate effective resolutions.
- Maintain clear communication with leadership and stakeholders around project progress.
Project Management
- Plan, coordinate, and execute facility-related projects, such as furniture storage optimization, consumables supply improvements, and office supplies efficiency projects.
- Track timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring clear reporting to stakeholders.
- Evaluate project outcomes and recommend solutions for long-term efficiency and sustainability.

What You'll Bring
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Proven experience in workplace coordination, operations, or facilities project management.
- Self-starter with strong initiative, attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Technologically proficient; skilled in Microsoft Office with the ability to quickly learn internal systems.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in vehicle operations or facilities logistics is a plus.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Valid driver’s license.
- Right to work in the UK
