We’re hiring: Part-Time Operations Coordinator for a Contemporary Menswear brand.
Bloom Search is recruiting an experienced Operations Coordinator to join a fast-paced contemporary menswear and brand on a part-time, hybrid basis.
This is a varied head-office role supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the business and acting as an important link between factories, sales, design, marketing and external logistics partners.

The successful candidate will have experience across:
- Licensing
- Sales and stock analysis
- Liaising with 3PL partners
- Coordinating communication with factories
- Supporting sales, design and marketing teams
- Advanced Excel and reporting
- General fashion head-office operations

You will need to be highly organised, commercially aware and confident managing multiple priorities. Excellent communication skills and previous operations experience within a fashion brand’s head office are essential.
