Salary: £29,325 per annum
Work pattern: Multiple roles available, both full time permanent & 6-month fixed term contracts

ProblemShared has created strong partnerships servicing several NHS, university, and insurer contracts to deliver high quality ADHD and Autism assessments as well as assessments for learning differences. We offer wrap-around care in the form of psychoeducation, prescribing, educational navigation, and therapy sessions all under one roof.
The Role
Our team is growing and we are looking for experienced Operations Coordinators to join our Medication team on either a 6 month fixed term contract, or a permanent basis. We are looking for motivated individuals who want to work in a high-performance team at a scaling health technology company with a client-centred approach.

What You Will Do
- Co-ordinating and providing welcome meetings for new clients enrolled into the service.
- Booking in sessions and ensuring clients are clear on what to expect, when their appointment will take place and how to access the session.
- Ensuring clients receive their pre-session forms and appointment information before the sessions that are booked into the system in a timely manner.
- Liaising with clients to action any changes to appointments and diary management.
- Ensuring reports are completed on time, formulated and professionally presented, quality checked and sent on to service users within agreed KPI’s.
- Supporting the Operations Team Lead to ensure the smooth and efficient flow for clients through their ProblemShared journey.
- Ensuring client records are maintained with up-to-date information.
- Accurately recording client actions to allow for precise reporting.
- Developing an understanding of the nuances of the different pathways available to ND clients to appropriately respond to client queries.
- Managing clinician availability to ensure clients can access ND services in a timely manner
What you will need
- Previous experience within healthcare
- Significant administration experience
- Customer service skills
- Computer literate (in-house booking systems & Microsoft)
- Diary management
- Experience in a start-up is advantageous
- Problem solving / ability to make autonomous decisions
- Resilience
- Team Player / supportive and helpful
- Good communication
