Join GO Mammoth, one of the UK’s largest social sports providers, delivering hundreds of adult sports leagues every week across netball, football, dodgeball, basketball, volleyball, softball, rounders and more.
We’re passionate about getting people more active and social, helping adults spend less time on their phones and more time playing sport with friends.
The Role
This is a hands-on operations and customer service role.
You’ll help keep our leagues running smoothly by dealing with day-to-day league issues, supporting players and team captains, managing referees and umpires, working with venues, updating fixtures, and helping resolve customer problems quickly and fairly.
A typical day may involve replying to customer emails, handling complaints, chasing referees, solving fixture or equipment issues, speaking to venues, and spotting recurring problems that need a better long-term fix.
Key Responsibilities
- Scheduling and managing referees and umpires
- Booking and managing partner sports facilities
- Responding to player, captain and team queries
- Analysing and actioning customer feedback
- Resolving league issues and member complaints
- Supporting member retention and customer experience
- Helping improve operational processes over time
- Providing day-to-day operational support across our sports leagues

The Candidate
We’re looking for someone who is practical, organised, calm under pressure and good with people.
You should be:
- Friendly, outgoing and confident speaking to customers, referees and venues
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable handling a high volume of emails and operational admin
- Analytical and able to spot patterns in recurring issues
- Action-oriented, with a “get it sorted” attitude
- Happy picking up the phone and making things happen
- Interested in team sports and the social side of sport
- Comfortable working in a busy, fast-moving environment
