Responsibilities
As an Operations Coordinator, you will be the anchor of backend store operations, driving service, sales, and efficiency.
Sales & Client Relations
- Build lasting client relationships to foster loyalty and increase sales.
- Support sales professionals and drive store revenue through key product pillars.
- Capture nuanced client preferences to enhance future interactions.
- Coordinate corporate gift fulfillment and client semi-diamond purchases.
- Train colleagues to elevate sales conversion and engagement with Tiffany Signature Collections.

Service Excellence
- Deliver the Tiffany Touch—focused, personal, and memorable service in every client interaction.
- Ensure TF Standards of Service* are met, including optimised client feedback (TEI Program) implementation.
- Resolve guest and colleague concerns with expertise, a solution-oriented mindset, and knowledge of internal policies and procedures.
Operational Excellence
- Spearhead critical logistics and operations, including:
- Order fulfilment, shipping/receiving, inventory transfer and replenishment.
- Cleaning, computerising and organising outstanding merchandise.
- Handling repairs and asset maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with Internal Control Policies and inventory accuracy.
- Collaborate with Sales, Management, and clients to address requests efficiently.
- Support operations efficiency objectives, review workflows, and suggest improvements.
- When acted as lift general or acting manager on-duty, lead the rest of the team through:

Qualifications
Required
- Authorisation to work in Sweden/EU.
- 2-3 years of retail/trade experience with expertise in:
- Merchandising, client service, administration and shipping operations.
- Strong analytical skills coupled with operational agility.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel.
- Availability to work retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- High level of organisation with meticulous attention to detail.
- Flexibility to perform diverse tasks based on evolving business demands.
Preferred
- College/University degree in hospitality, business or a related field.
- Gemological certification (Graduate Gemologist Degree, GIA-accredited courses).
