Job Description

About the Company

Auquan builds autonomous AI agents that eliminate repetitive work across institutional finance. Our agents power workflows across credit, investment, ESG, and compliance for firms like MetLife, T. Rowe Price, BC Partners, and ERM.

We're a Series A company defining a new category: agentic AI for institutional workflows. Today, 40% of the world's top 50 financial institutions use Auquan.

The next 12 months are about turning proven product-market fit into a scalable pipeline, and this role is central to making that happen.

Job Requirements

What You'll Do

  • Office & Equipment, Everywhere We Work: From supplies to laptops, you make sure the whole team — UK, US, and India — has what they need, when they need it. You'll own equipment and supply ordering across locations, manage device issuance, and keep the London office running like a place people are glad to walk into.
  • Access & Records: New joiner, leaver, or role change – you make sure the right people have the right access, and nothing falls through the cracks. You'll also work closely with the COO to keep our systems of record accurate and current.
  • People & Recruitment: You'll support the Director of People with interview scheduling and coordination, act as the first point of contact on UK HR matters, and lend a hand with US office coordination and global HRIS administration.
  • Government & Compliance: You'll support our US-based COO to keep on top of Auquan's UK matters including immigration and taxes – liaising with authorities and advisors to keep the business compliant.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
