Job Title: Operations Coordinator & Administrator

Location: City of London (within walking distance of Bank Station)

Pay Rate: £19 - £22 per hour!

Contract: Temporary - Ongoing

Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm

Start Date: ASAP

This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and proactive individual who enjoys a varied role combining facilities administration, office coordination, and front-of-house responsibilities. You will play a key role in ensuring the workplace operates efficiently while providing an exceptional employee and visitor experience!

  • Manage the day-to-day running of the office and facilities function.
  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and facilities-related requests.
  • Liaise with building management and external service providers.
  • Manage office supplies, stationery, refreshments, and stock levels.
  • Raise purchase orders and process invoices.
  • Ensure meeting rooms are organised, presentable, and fully equipped.
  • Support health & safety procedures and workplace compliance.
  • Handle incoming calls, post, deliveries, and general enquiries.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a Facilities, Office Administration, Reception, or Workplace Support role.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive, professional, and highly organised.
  • Positive, can-do attitude with strong attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
