Location & Details
- Location: Letchworth
- Salary: £26,811.20
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Shifts: Monday to Friday, 10 am to 7 pm
- Contract: Permanent

The Role
This role is at the core of our Service Centre. As the Operations Coordinator, you’ll:
- Coordinate couriers and deliveries to ensure customer service level agreements (SLAs) are met
- Support the control team and maintain smooth operations
- Resolve day-to-day queries and adapt plans as priorities shift

What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinating designated couriers to meet customer SLAs
- Supporting drivers and resolving day-to-day operational queries
- Collaborating closely with colleagues in operations and control
- Keeping systems up-to-date (e.g., CityTrak / X-Despatch)
- Adapting plans and priorities dynamically throughout the day

Requirements
- Experience in a busy operational or customer service environment
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and communicate confidently
- Strong organisation and accuracy skills, with experience using systems
- Basic Microsoft Office proficiency
Ideally, you’ll have a background in logistics or courier operations, but we prioritise the right attitude and approach.
