The role

This role sits at the heart of our Out of Hours team. As an Operations Coordinator, you’ll help keep things moving day to day coordinating couriers, supporting the control team, and making sure collections and deliveries meet customer SLAs.

What we do matters — from everyday deliveries to time‑critical ones — and this role helps make sure it happens. You’ll see the impact of your work and know you’re playing a part in keeping things running when it counts.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Who We Are

CitySprint is a UK‑wide logistics business delivering same‑day and time‑critical services for customers who need things done right, first time. We work at pace, rely on good judgement, and trust our people to take ownership.

We’re also part of DPD and the wider Geopost group, which gives us the backing, scale and stability of a leading international delivery network — while CitySprint remains very much its own business, with a distinct focus and pace.

It’s a busy, fast‑moving role where priorities can change quickly, and you’ll be trusted to stay organised, communicate clearly, and solve problems as they arise.
