Correla are looking for an Operations Delivery Partner to join our Special Operations Support team.

Salary: circa £50,000 (advertised salary achievable for a candidate fulfilling all role criteria)

About the Role:

  • Coordinate operational initiatives, change activities and delivery commitments, ensuring risks, dependencies and actions are effectively handled, escalated and communicated.
  • Support the Specialist Operations Manager in planning, prioritising and monitoring the Operational Delivery Plan and wider operational roadmap.
  • Facilitate governance, stakeholder engagement and delivery forums to drive progress, resolve blockers and support informed decision-making.
  • Partner with Business Analysts, Project Managers, Operational Readiness Consultants and operational stakeholders to understand and manage operational impacts, dependencies and readiness requirements.
  • Produce clear and accurate reporting, providing insight into progress, risks, issues and operational readiness to support informed decision-making.
  • Maintain effective governance, documentation and delivery processes, ensuring activities are managed consistently and in line with agreed standards.
  • Support audit, assurance and compliance activities through the coordination of evidence, actions and stakeholder engagement.
  • Drive accountability across stakeholders by tracking actions, commitments and delivery outcomes, embedding continuous improvement and lessons learned.

About You

  • Strong planning, organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organisation.
  • Experience coordinating operational delivery, change initiatives, projects or business improvement activities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify risks and support informed decision-making.
  • Ability to understand business requirements, operational impacts and organisational dependencies.
  • Strong attention to detail, with experience producing high-quality reporting, governance documentation and management information.
  • Experience working within operational, service delivery, change or project environments.
  • Proactive, curious and self-motivated.
