Operations Director, Christ Church Woking, 28-32hrs/wk

(FTE £40k-£45k Depending On Experience)

Are you passionate about helping a church fulfil its God given vision?

Do you have the necessary organisational, strategic, and leadership skills to enable church operations to run effectively and efficiently, while maintaining focus on vision and priorities?

Could you be our next Operations Director?

Christ Church Woking is a charismatic Anglican church based in the heart of Woking town centre, with a vision to love God in worship, love each other in community, witness to Christ in word and action, welcome in newcomers, and to be a blessing to the World. The church membership is around 300 adults, with roughly 350 adults and children worshipping on a Sunday.

The Operations Director will play a key role in all areas of strategy, vision, planning, and delivery.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
