Roles & Responsibilities
- Change the way corporate markets are serviced, seeking out gaps and new opportunities in education.
- Ensure consistency of operation (performance, safety and quality) within a cost-efficient framework.
- Create and drive the strategic business plan to accelerate the development of our People, Perception, Passion and Pride.
- Deliver excellent client relationships and give customer-focused solutions to retain and grow our education sector.
- Set, implement and lead business strategy across operations teams, delivering results.
- Validate key policy compliance to ensure high-risk major contracts remain secure.
- Ensure accurate management of contracts, financial, footprint and health, safety and welfare audits.
- Actively shape the video production department, simplifying operations, professionalising through proper development, raising service levels and lowering costs.
- Ensure promotion of the latest innovations and compliance across operations.
- Build the best skills and culture in team and leadership. Grow and develop talent to meet future needs, ensuring collaboration and accountability are key to the company success.

Key Requirements
- Experienced in client relationship management and growing team focus to meet critical business goals.
- Background in contract catering and hospitality, with a proven track record of performance knowledge.
- Strategic mind with critical reasoning skills.
- Exceptional team leadership through loyalty and collaboration.
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal).
- Commercial acumen with profit-driven focus.
Key Benefits
- Salary: Up to £75,000 per annum + car or car allowance.
