Operations Director
Director of Operations

We're looking for an experienced Director of Operations to lead our UK operations and play a key role in shaping the future of our business.
This is a high-impact leadership position with responsibility for Cash Centre, Logistics, Shipping, Fleet, and Control Room operations. Reporting to the Managing Director, you'll drive operational excellence, lead large teams, strengthen customer partnerships, and ensure the safe, compliant, and efficient delivery of services across the UK.
What you'll be doing
- Leading end-to-end operational performance across multiple business-critical functions.
- Driving service excellence, efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Managing operational budgets, resources, and financial performance.
- Ensuring the highest standards of security, compliance, and risk management.
- Building strong customer relationships and supporting business growth opportunities.
- Leading, developing, and inspiring high-performing teams and future leaders.
- Delivering operational transformation projects that improve service, productivity, and profitability.

What we're looking for
- A proven senior operations leader with experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, secure services, aviation cargo, or similarly regulated environments.
- Strong commercial acumen with responsibility for operational budgets and performance.
- A track record of driving operational improvement and leading change.
- Experience managing large teams and complex multi-site operations.
- An engaging leader with exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
- A customer-focused mindset with the ability to build trust and long-term partnerships.
