A private equity-backed consumer brand group building and scaling health and beauty brands across cosmetics, supplements, medical devices, and wellness products is seeking an experienced Operations Director to strengthen the operational infrastructure required to scale with greater predictability, control, and resilience.

Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will lead Supply Chain, Product Development & Regulatory, and Customer Support, ensuring these functions operate as a coordinated, high-performing system. You will build scalable processes, improve planning and forecasting, and work closely with Commercial, Brand, and Finance teams to ensure growth plans are realistic, aligned, and deliverable. The role includes ownership of end-to-end supply chain performance, driving improvements in sourcing, manufacturing, inventory management, logistics, and supplier relationships. You will also oversee product development and regulatory compliance, improving delivery timelines while maintaining high standards and commercial discipline. Leading the omnichannel customer support function, you will champion service excellence and use customer insights to drive continuous improvement across the business.
